We want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage machine. This policy outlines how we handle returns given the unique nature of antique collectibles.

1. Final Sale Designation

Due to the fragile and singular nature of antique slot machines, all sales are considered final unless the machine materially differs from its published description. "Material difference" means the machine's era, mechanical condition, or physical description significantly varies from what was listed on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Condition Report Requirement

Before completing a purchase, we strongly encourage you to request a detailed condition report and additional photographs. Our team is happy to provide close-up images of specific mechanical components, wear patterns, and any known imperfections. Purchasing without reviewing a condition report is at the buyer's own discretion.

3. Return Eligibility

A return may be considered if the delivered machine has undisclosed damage, missing parts referenced in the description, or mechanical failure within 14 days of delivery (excluding shipping damage as covered by carrier insurance). Cosmetic wear consistent with the machine's age and condition as described is not grounds for return.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs documenting the issue. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days. Approved returns require the machine to be repackaged in its original crate and returned via our designated logistics partner. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or undisclosed damage.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned machine in acceptable condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Options

If a machine is found to materially differ from its description, we offer the option to exchange for another machine of equivalent value or receive a full refund. We do not offer price adjustments after purchase.
